What does it mean?
"There are 2 kinds of Republicans: Rich ones and Stupid ones"

The Republican Party is bought and paid for by the wealthiest Americans, large corporations, and dominant industries like the defense, health insurance, banking, and oil industries.  Some of the influence is from campaign contributions and "behind the scenes" support.

This model is simplistic and implies that corporations can only influence, but not control, Republican politicians. A better model is to think of Republican and Conservative politicians as employees of large corporations and the wealthy.

The job of Republican and Conservative politicians is to convince slower witted Americans that they are doing things to help them.

In reality, however, every action of a Republican politician is designed to help the rich at the expense of the poor. ("Poor" in this case means those who are "not rich", or the poorer 99.7% of the population. In case you're wondering, you're "not rich".)

A great deal of deception, propaganda, and lying is required to convince regular Americans that tax cuts for the richest 1% will greatly benefit the remaining 99%, for example.

The Rich are smart to 'hire' Republican politicians to look out for their interests - it makes them lots of money.

This leaves only one way to describe the non-rich who continue to support Republicans despite always being screwed by Republicans: Stupid.

One of the purposes of this blog is to expose how those in power are hurting average people and help Americans realize that they can help themselves by voting the crooks out.
